Danielle Lisenbey is joining MedRisk, a provider of managed physical rehabilitation in workers’ compensation, as President on November 2, the King of Prussia, Pa-based company announces.

Lisenbey will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and new business initiatives as Ken Martino continues serving as its CEO and supporting Mike Ryan in his new Executive Chairman role.

Lisenbey has more than 27 years’ experience in workers’ compensation and disability with Crawford & Company and was reportedly the first female member of its global executive team.

Lisenbey, who holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Technology from Western Illinois University, was recognized as the Top 100 Executives in Insurance by Insurance Business of America in 2019. Her other professional honors include Business Insurance’s Women to Watch and the American Society of Workers Compensation Professional’s Donald T. DeCarlo Legends Award.

Lisenbey serves on the executive board of the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation and is active in the National Association of Women’s Executives, the release continues.
