In its second acquisition of 2020, U.S. Physical Therapy Inc has acquired a 70% interest in a business that manages six hospital-owned outpatient clinics for approximately $4 million.

The management and services contracts have been in place for a number of years with the new contracts, which just commenced, for an additional 5 years, according to a news release.

“Our Company has quickly rebounded from the Covid-19 pandemic, and this acquisition is just one more step directionally toward returning to normal. We are extremely excited about this partnership, which we believe we can grow with our very talented and capable new partner leading the charge.”
