Mueller Sports Medicine, Prairie du Sac, Wis, reports that it has filed a lawsuit against KT Health, American Fork, Utah, in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin for a declaratory judgment that, among other things, Mueller’s TYPHOON kinesiology tape products do not infringe KT Health’s trade dress and patents.

Mueller Sports Medicine’s comprehensive line of sports medicine products aim to help athletes enhance their performance and recover from sports-related injuries. Among those items are the new TYPHOON kinesiology tape products.
