Explain Pain Supercharged, written by David Butler and Lorimer Moseley, is the latest addition to Minneapolis-based OPTP’s collection of pain education and neuroscience works.
This revised and enhanced version of Explain Pain, originally released in 2003, has been updated with new and expanded content on the neuroimmune science of pain.
The 238-page book features entirely new content and original artwork as well as more than 100 clinical metaphors and therapeutic narratives. It is designed for health professionals who treat pain as well as anyone who teaches about pain.
Content in the book is cross-referenced with Explain Pain Second Edition (2013) and the Explain Pain Handbook: Protectometer (2015) by the same authors.
