OPTP, Minneapolis, debuts the Pull-Up System by Bob and Brad, an exclusive new strength training product created by physical therapists Bob Schrupp and Brad Heineck.

It features a variety of grip variations to target different muscle groups, enabling users to strengthen their arms and core by performing pull-ups and chin-ups. The Pull-Up System can also be used for passive hanging, which is often recommended for shoulder pain and as a form of traction to help relieve back pain. 

Designed to handle 200 lbs. per handle (400 lbs. total), the Pull-Up System is easy to assemble and doesn’t take up a lot of wall space. Perform a variety of simple, fast exercises that can be done on a daily basis to promote arm strength and core body strength.
