A skydiving accident at 12,000 feet broke Andre Rice’s pelvis, fractured his sacrum, and caused internal bleeding. If treating this “open book” injury is a tall order under normal conditions it becomes more challenging when in-clinic care is unavailable.

Then it becomes a job for telehealth.
