The clinical, billing, and physical therapy revenue cycle management solution was chosen in order to strengthen the practice’s management decision-making, boost therapist efficiency, and drive organizational growth, according to a media release from Portland, Ore-based Clinicient.
Southland Physical Therapy has three practice locations—in Irvine, Costa Mesa, and Long Beach—and a fourth location is currently in development in Mission Viejo.
“Our therapists are highly specialized professionals who offer a variety of modalities and treatment routines at our different locations. We wanted a solution that made reporting easy and fast,” says Jason Park, DPT, CSCS, owner of Southland Physical Therapy, in the release.
“We needed a system that would streamline time-intensive tasks and allow our therapists to focus exclusively on patient care. We look forward to using Clinicient’s integrated data and coaching to grow as an organization while emphasizing quality above all else,” he adds.
“We are proud to announce Southland Physical Therapy has chosen Total INSIGHT physical therapy revenue cycle management to enhance and support their staff as they continue delivering optimal care,” states Jerry Henderson, vice president of Therapist Success at Clinicient, per the release.
