The American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) reports that APTA members have until July 14 to submit proposals for sessions at the 2015 NEXT Conference and Exposition. The 2015 event will be at National Harbor, Md, from June 3 to 6. For the conference, APTA is especially interested in topics related to health policy, women’s health, research, prevention and wellness, innovative collaborative care, and interprofessional education.

An APTA news release notes that proposals are being requested for 90-minute education sessions and daylong pre-conference courses. The group welcomes content focused on effectiveness of care, patient and client-centered management across the lifespan, professional excellence, and value and accountability.

In addition to proposal submissions, APTA is accepting abstract (poster) submissions, and the deadline for these is September 26. For detailed information on how to submit proposals and abstract submissions, visit http://www.apta.org/NEXT/submissions.
