PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services Inc announces the opening of two new free-standing outpatient physical therapy facilities: one in Montgomery, and the other in Wetumpka, Alabama.

Montgomery-based physical therapist Jason Harris, PT, MS, joins the team at its new facility. Conan Brooks, PT, MPT, CSCS, will lead the Wetumpka team.

“We are thrilled to add Jason Harris and Conan Brooks to our PHOENIX team,” says Pete Grabaskas, chief operating officer of PHOENIX, in a media release. “We believe they (both) possess a patient care philosophy matching that of our current directors.  They are a strong fit into our existing culture and we have no doubt will be a welcome alternative for those seeking physical therapy care.”

Robert Kohn, PT, director of clinic operations for PHOENIX, states, “We feel Jason (Harris) and Conan (Brooks) emphasize excellent clinical care and customer service. Highly respected in the medical community, they have a loyal patient following like no other. They are a great asset to PHOENIX.”

PHOENIX’ network of 64 outpatient physical therapy centers is located throughout Pennsylvania, Virginia, Delaware, and Alabama.
