Several facilities around the nation will open their doors this September to clinicians and business owners to view and experience aquatic therapy pools from HydroWorx. According to a news release from HydroWorx, the three locations hosting an open house and demonstration have, among other rehab tools, the HydroWorx 2000 Series pool, which features an underwater treadmill, moveable floor, resistance jets, and a camera system.

The HydroWorx news release notes that the advanced technology of these HydroWorx fitness and physical therapy pools eliminates 20% to 100% of a person’s body weight by taking advantage of the body’s buoyancy in water. As a result, athletes and patients who are unable to exercise on land can achieve immediate rehabilitative results while carrying as little as 0% of their body weight underwater, according to HydroWorx.

The first of these open houses will be September 17 in Hendersonville, NC, from 4 pm to 7 pm, EDT. Richie Regan Recreation Center on the Seton Hall University will host a September 22 event from 3 pm to 5 pm, EDT, in South Orange, NJ. The third open house will be in Burnaby, BC, Canada, at Fortius Sport & Health on September 29 from 4 pm to 7 pm. This center features a HydroWorx 2000 Series, ThermalPlunge, and PolarPlunge pools.
