“Be Remarkable,” a campaign developed by ATI Physical Therapy to recruit and support physical therapists, was recently awarded the Gold SABRE Award in the Employer Branding category.
The award was presented during the annual SABRE North American Awards ceremony, held in New York.
“To receive high honors in the Employer Branding category is a tremendous feat for the ATI team,” says Evan Swidler, chief human resource officer for ATI Physical Therapy, in a media release.
“Due to the growth of our industry, it is now more important than ever for ATI to attract and retain the best talent in the industry. The ATI Be Remarkable campaign is reflective of that, showcasing our values and speaking to our core—to be remarkable in how we treat our patients and our colleagues every day.”
The Be Remarkable campaign aims to provide growth opportunities in the physical therapy industry by connecting recent graduates with experienced physical therapists through mentorship programs, along with tuition reimbursement grants, continuing education funds, and internal leadership programs.
The shortlist for the SABRE Awards included around 300 campaigns, selected from more than 2,000 entries by a panel of agency and client communications professionals, the release continues.
