Almost six months after a rare face and hands transplant, Joe DiMeo, 22, of New Jersey, is relearning how to smile, blink, pinch and squeeze.
DiMeo has been in intensive rehabilitation, devoting hours daily to physical, occupational and speech therapy to relearn those skills.
