Reportedly the first and only patented portable devices for upper and lower body therapy, per a media release, Thera-glide can be used in the physical therapy clinic or at home.

According to Thera-glide on its website, it is designed to conform to one’s foot or hand, and facilitate controlled, low-friction sliding on flat surfaces.

Among its uses are to aid recovery from muscle and joint injuries, prevent atrophy, and build strength.

Separate devices for the hand and foot are available.
