Primal 7 brings suspension training to the physical therapy practice and the health club.
First launched as a tool to help restore and optimize movement for patients undergoing physical therapy, the Primal 7 system is expanding into the fitness market and is being added to the equipment available at various fitness franchise locations, according to a media release from Primal 7.
The system, according to its website, is a set of suspension straps connected by an elastic band that is designed to support users through a full range of natural movement. The exercises performed using the system may help users increase mobility, improve balance, and build functional strength.
Three Primal 7 bundles are available: home (for home beginners), pro, and plus (for professionals).
