OPTP adds the LoRox Aligned Travel Roller to its list of portable foam roller options.
A media release from OPTP notes that the 12-inch by 4-inch roller, made from moderate density EVA foam, is produced in partnership with fascia and body alignment expert Lauren Roxburgh. It is designed to elongate muscles, tone the body, and provide regenerative massage, as well as improve blood circulation.
Raised, circular bumps on the roller act to help aid in lymphatic drainage and decrease inflammation.
An optional full-length, 36-inch by 6-inch, roller is also available that features the same design construction and benefits. Users may find it ideal for performing the exercises in Roxburgh’s book, Taller, Slimmer, Younger, which is also available from OPTP.
