Professional Physical Therapy celebrates the receipt of ADVANCE Healthcare Network’s annual “Practice of the Year” award, as well as the grand opening of a new facility in Hauppauge, New York.

The award, now in its 15th year, recognizes a top rehabilitation practice that stands out from the others. Criteria include superior patient care, customer satisfaction, clinical expertise, career growth opportunities, and philanthropic culture, among others.

“It is truly an honor for us to accept this award! As we begin our 18th year in business at 107 locations, we could not have achieved this without the trust our patients have in us, and the dedication and commitment from our staff on a daily basis,” says Adam Elberg, founding partner, president and chief executive officer of Professional Physical Therapy, in a media release.

Don Demay, partner and chief operating officer at Professional Physical Therapy adds, “Throughout our extensive growth over the past five years, one thing remains constant – our commitment to an exceptional patient experience. There are many departments within the company that come together to ensure this happens.”

“As part of the Clinical Excellence team, I witness first-hand our clinicians’ continuous desire to learn and grow. As we enter into 2017, we will strive to continue to be the Provider of Choice for our patients, and the Culture of Choice for our staff,” states Rob Panariello, chief clinical officer at Professional Physical Therapy, per the release.

The new facility in Hauppauge is located in Suffolk County, on New York’s Long Island, and is the Uniondale, NY-headquartered provider’s 107th clinic, its 24th on Long Island, and its 14th in Suffolk County, NY.
