Physiotherapy Corporation announces in a press release that it has received certification under the National Committee for Quality Assurance’s (NCQA) Credentials Verification Organization Certification Program.
The Exton, Pa-based outpatient physical and occupational therapy, orthotic and prosthetic provider states in the release that it has received the certification in nine credentials elements.
According to the release, receiving certification from NCQA as a Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) enables Physiotherapy Corporation to increase the speed with which payors can include clinics and clinicians as participating providers.
Physiotherapy Corporation notes in the release that it is now included among the only 68 organizations nationwide (including health plans and medical schools) that have attained CVO Certification from NCQA.
