Dynatronics Corporation, headquartered in Salk Lake City, announced the signing of an agreement to become a sole-source contract provider of rehabilitation and exercise equipment and supplies to members of Amerinet. Amerinet is a healthcare group purchasing organization (GPO) providing its clients with a range of solutions, including supply chain management, negotiating services, data analytics, education, and technology enhancements.

Larry K. Beardall, executive vice president of sales and marketing at Dynatronics, says, “We are thrilled with the opportunity of adding thousands of new customers. We estimate that this contract will ramp up to between $3.5 and $5 million in new business annually.” The 3-year agreement with Amerinet becomes effective July 1, 2014.

According to a Dynatronics news release, Amerinet strategically partners with acute and alternate care providers to reduce healthcare costs as well as improve healthcare quality. Amerinet, which is based in St Louis, has been serving customers since 1986.

Kelvyn H. Cullimore, Jr, chairman and president of Dynatronics, states, “This agreement represents an important step forward for Dynatronics’ strategic growth initiatives.
