ProRehab Louisville, headquartered in Louisville, Ky, has announced the opening of its first clinic in Chenoweth Plaza. A news release issued by ProRehab reports that the clinic is now the first ProRehab location in Louisville, adding to the growth of the locally-owned company which operates 10 clinics in the Bowling Green, Ky, and Evansville, Ind, regions. A second ProRehab Louisville clinic is slated to open in Fern Creek in early February as well, the release says.
The release states that ProRehab Louisville’s physical therapists integrate the latest evidence-based clinical, customer service, and compassion research, with the goal of getting patients to full recovery and enhanced well-being. The facility offers manual physical therapy, orthopaedics, spine care, and trigger point dry needling. Additionally, its therapists will specialize in wellness and fitness, cardiac therapy, hand therapy, and sports medicine.
Larry Benz, PT, DPT, MBA, OCS, president and CEO of ProRehab Louisville, adds that he is excited to be practicing in his hometown. Benz notes in today’s often costly, sometimes impersonal healthcare system, “we feel it’s important to regain the trust and care of patients, employers, and physicians through a standard of care that is far differentiating with outcomes they deserve and we take great pride in doing so.”
According to the release, ProRehab Louisville will also provide a concierge model of physical therapy intended to offer enhanced benefits for its enrollees.
A ribbon cutting ceremony and reception is scheduled for February 26 at the Chenoweth clinic to mark the company’s grand opening.
