MedRisk has promoted Danielle Lisenbey from President to co-CEO, effective March 1, the company announces.

Lisenbey provides daily leadership while co-CEO Ken Martino concentrates on long-term growth strategies and integration.

“Danielle and I work as a team,” Martino says. “She already oversees the company’s operations and explores strategic growth opportunities, essentially serving as co-CEO. It’s time she had the title and recognition.”

Since joining MedRisk in late 2020, Danielle Lisenbey has positioned the King of Prussia, Pa-based company for further growth. Part of this involved restructuring information technology to create more traction for IT development of customer solutions that harness business intelligence and artificial intelligence.

Lisenbey also has focused on culture by expanding human resources and overseeing the development of MedRisk’s employee learning platform along with succession planning and career planning initiatives. She is creating a post-pandemic work environment, blending in-office, work-from-home, hybrid, and flexible hours with diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to strengthen recruitment and retention efforts.

“Danielle is a dynamic leader who is committed to attracting and keeping smart, experienced employees. We are pleased to name her co-CEO alongside Ken,” says Mike Ryan, Executive Chairman of MedRisk and its Board of Directors.
