West Rehab & Sports Medicine, a provider of physical therapy and sports medicine services based in Georgia, formed a new wellness and fitness partnership with Train Me 24/7 to offer clients a new approach to physical therapy, nutrition, and fitness. The new services will be offered at West Rehab’s Berwick, Midtown, and Pooler locations. A West Rehab news release notes that Train Me 24/7 is an award-winning personal training company dedicated to making fitness fun while teaching the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

Train Me 24/7 was founded by Drew and Shazi Edmonds, and the group has been voted “Best Personal Trainers” in Savannah Magazine’s annual Best of Savannah issue in 2012 and 2013. Drew Edmonds, co-owner and co-founder of Train Me 24/7, says, “At Train Me 24/7, we specialize in fitness for people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels.”
The new partnership will focus on serving anyone who wants to achieve a healthier lifestyle as well as raise his or her fitness level. Edmonds adds, “By expanding our services to three of West Rehab’s locations, we are able to reach a broad network of individuals who want to make an important life change and achieve their desired health and fitness level.”
