Kenneth Martino, CPCU, has been promoted to President of MedRisk, the King of Prussia, Pa-based company announces.
Martino, who joined the company in 2018 as Executive President of Business Development, will report to CEO Mike Ryan and lead enterprise-wide operations for the customer and patient experience, quality assurance, provider relations, and billing and revenue optimization.

“Ken has a keen understanding of our marketplace, decades of experience, and is a major asset to our executive team,” says Ryan, who has served as both President and CEO for the past two years, in a media release. “I am delighted to turn over day-to-day operations to his leadership as we continue to develop and provide value-driven services for our clients, providers and patients.”

Martino has over 35 years of experience in workers’ compensation and managed care. Prior to joining MedRisk, Martino was President and CEO of Broadspire.

He started his career with top insurance carriers and held management positions within systems, underwriting, claims and managed care. Martino holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut.

“MedRisk is a forward-thinking organization of smart, caring people who strive to improve the experiences of patients, providers and payers,” Martino comments in the release. “It is an honor to serve as its President.”
