Tidewater Physical Therapy announced that it was named among the top physical therapy practices in Virginia by Virginia Living Magazine readers in its third annual Readers’ Survey. According to a Tidewater Physical Therapy news release, Tidewater Physical Therapy, which is an independently owned practice with multiple clinic locations, earned first place in the Eastern Region for Best Physical Therapy Group for its Suffolk location and second place in the Central Region for its multiple locations around the state capitol.
Categories readers voted in ranged from physical therapy clinics and hospitals to fine dining. The results were published in the May 2014 Best of Virginia special edition. The Tidewater Physical Therapy news release notes that more than 32,000 people voted in the 2014 Best of Virginia survey in January to present the 1,345 winners in nearly 100 different categories divided among the four regions of the state.
Tory Bishop, clinical director for the Suffolk location, says, “It is such a pleasure taking care of the members of this community, and we are humbled to be recognized by our patients and referral sources.”
Kevin Dintino, regional director of the Richmond locations, states, “We take great pride in the patient care we provide at all of the Tidewater Physical Therapy clinics. To have our patients, those we have helped return to an active life, take the time to vote and tell others about the hands on care they receive from our clinicians is the best compliment any medical provider can receive.”
