The International Essential Tremor Foundation (IETF) will host a free seminar March 19 in Overland Park, Kan.

During the seminar, which will take place at the Overland Park Marriott from 9 am to 12:30 pm, neurologists and physicians will discuss essential tremor. Topics will include the diagnostic process, treatment options, current research, coping tips, and more.

Attendees will be provided with a take-home information packet. Refreshments will be available, and parking is free.

“At this forum, people will gain a better understanding of their condition and what options for treatment are available. Hopefully, they will also realize, as they look around the room, that they are not alone in this condition; that there are millions all over the world affected, just like them,” says IETF Executive Director Patrick McCartney, in a media release.
