Constipation is not a disease, it’s a symptom, and one that many people choose to self-treat.
Candace Jarrett, PT, a certified pelvic rehabilitation practitioner, discusses the risks of self-treating constipation and spotlights several specific methods PTs can use to guide patients toward resolving issues associated with chronic constipation. Jarrett details these tips in an article recently published in The Daily Times, a newspaper based in Maryville, Tenn.
“People who seek physical therapy treatments for constipation report more-frequent stools, decreased laxative use and a lower need for external assistance,”

I suffered from Chronic Constipation until I went to acupuncture school. I got my PhD in Cellular Biology from UCLA and was hoping THEN to find a cure for myself. I was examined by the Physicians at UCLA and they just said, “You just have an extra long and curvy large intestine”. Bye!
My Savior was what my teacher recommended when I was in acupuncture school, I want you to try Laci Le Beaux Tea. It takes excess water and puts it in your large intestine. It WORKED for 40 Years, but now at 75 I have added CLEAR LAX which I call, “SLIP & SLIDE” and now I take both in the SAME cup of Laci Le Beaux Tea. If you are constipated you might need 2 tea bags of the Tea and 2tbs of Clear Lax and then just 1 tea bag and 1tbs of Clear Lax (for ME, EVERY night) If something makes me have skip a night, it’s 2 and 2 the next night to EMPTy!!
